Do you sell the agent software?
No. n8n, Hermes Agent and OpenClaw are independent projects. You pay us for the server and the installation.
Who pays for the AI model?
You do, directly to your AI provider. You add your own API key; we never add ours.
Can I switch agents later?
Yes. You have root access to install anything; contact us if you want a fresh install of another agent.
How long does setup take?
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 24 hours after payment.
Are agent plans refundable?
No. Agent hosting runs on VPS plans, which are not refundable.
