What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, address, business details and GSTIN (if provided), order history and payment references. We do not store card or UPI details; payments are processed by Razorpay.

Why

To provide and bill your services, register domains in your name, meet tax and legal obligations (including record-keeping for VPS customers), prevent fraud and answer support requests.

Sharing

With domain registrars and registries (for domain registration), payment processors, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@energyhost.in.
