Will my price go up when I renew?
No. Every plan renews at the price shown on its card. GST is added at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Shared and Cloud hosting can be refunded within 7 days. Domains and VPS plans are not refundable.
Do I get a free domain?
Turbo Cloud plans billed yearly or longer include a free .com or .in for the first year.
Who pays for the AI model?
You do, directly to your AI provider. You add your own API key; we never add ours.
How long does setup take?
Shared and Cloud hosting start right after payment. VPS and AI agent plans take a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 24 hours.
Can I pay from outside India?
Yes, with USDT on TRC20 or BEP20. Service starts once the payment is confirmed on the network.
