Refund Policy

Hosting

Shared Hosting (Spark, Boost, Power) and Cloud Hosting (Charge, Surge, Turbo) can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of the first purchase. Renewals are not refundable.

Not refundable

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers, VPS plans (Volt, Thunder, Titan) and AI agent VPS plans (n8n, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw) are not refundable once the order is placed.

Free domain

If a Turbo yearly plan with a free domain is refunded, the standard first-year price of that domain is deducted from the refund.

How to ask

Email support@energyhost.in from the address on your account with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
