Terms of Service

Who we are

EnergyHost is a brand of JIXTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, Pahari, Ramkrishna Nagar, Patna, Bihar 800007. By ordering a service you agree to these terms.

Pricing and renewal

Prices are in INR and exclude GST unless stated. Plans renew at the price shown on the plan card. The Spark lifetime price applies to the first 1,000 Spark customers while the plan renews without a break.

Billing

Services are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. If a renewal is not paid, the service may be suspended and later terminated, and its data deleted.

Fair use

Unlimited and unmetered features are subject to fair use so that one account does not degrade service for others.

Unmanaged VPS

VPS and AI agent plans are unmanaged. We install the selected agent once; you are responsible for the operating system, software, updates, security and backups after hand-over.

Third-party software

n8n, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw and other software are independent projects with their own licences. We do not sell these licences, and you must follow their terms.

Your keys and data

You provide your own API keys for AI providers and pay those providers directly. You own your data.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend services used for abuse, illegal content or attacks.

Liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Keep your own backups. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the previous three months.
