Some processes require a support ticket, so you need to raise a support ticket from your Energy Host account.

Follow these steps to raise a support ticket:

  • Login to your Energy Host dashboard.
  • Click on Support from the menu, then click on Tickets.
  • Click on Open Ticket.
  • Choose the department for the support ticket.
  • Select the related service and priority.
  • Enter the subject and message.
  • Click on the Submit button.

Congratulations! You have successfully raised your first support ticket on Energy Host.

Upgrading or downgrading your hosting plan is possible in Energy Host, but you cannot do this process yourself. You need to raise a support ticket from your Energy Host dashboard.

Please mention your current plan and the new plan you want. Our support team will check your support ticket and respond accordingly.

You cannot change the registered email ID of your Energy Host account yourself due to security reasons.

Our admin team will handle this for you. Please raise a support ticket from your registered email and mention the new email ID in the ticket.

Once submitted, wait for a response from our support team.

The cPanel primary domain name cannot be changed from the user end as it requires admin-level access.

Follow these steps:

  • Create a full account backup of your current cPanel (this is mandatory to prevent data loss).
  • Download the full backup.
  • Raise a support ticket from your Energy Host dashboard requesting a primary domain name change.

Our support team will check your request and proceed with the change.

Follow these steps to add an addon/subdomain name in your cPanel:

  • Login to your cPanel.
  • Click on Domains.
  • Click on the Create New Domain button.
  • Enter your addon domain/subdomain name.
  • Uncheck the "Share Document Root" checkbox.
  • Click on the Submit button.

By default, cPanel creates a subdomain on your primary domain to point your addon domain to your hosting cPanel.
